If you're a cat 3 and trying to get faster, put time and into training and your equipment, eventually you'll realize that you are getting slower in the 3's and need to cat up.Volker Bicycles of KChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14052035227635578045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5718333374262620292.post-84870291232399280842009-10-29T15:58:20.193-05:002009-10-29T15:58:20.193-05:00At what point is a Cat3 just a Cat3?At what point is a Cat3 just a Cat3?G-Lovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05364050884072352104noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5718333374262620292.post-11920866879887229962009-10-29T10:13:10.960-05:002009-10-29T10:13:10.960-05:00Josh I hate to tell you this you should have catte...Josh I hate to tell you this you should have catted up before I did. It would appear to me, without looking at in detail, that people racing locally are earning upgrade points.

Take a look at Mark Cole (http://www.crossresults.com/?n=racers&sn=r&rID=19477) he's earned enough points to upgrade from 4 -> 2.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18410276082041165834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5718333374262620292.post-91563962840213339762009-10-28T12:42:54.087-05:002009-10-28T12:42:54.087-05:00Here's the scoop on Upgrade points. KCA does have a 1/2 point system in place but even those field sizes are often not met. When I was going for my cat 2/uci elite upgrade, I had to travel around to to get bigger field sizes and any shot at upgrade points.bellavitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14620118058411381174noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5718333374262620292.post-27895082979201672552009-10-28T08:32:30.923-05:002009-10-28T08:32:30.923-05:00Cat up Josh your one of the biggest sandbaggers ou...Cat up Josh your one of the biggest sandbaggers out there!ScottyDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08141316754281775282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5718333374262620292.post-40120223856029218792009-10-28T07:34:34.402-05:002009-10-28T07:34:34.402-05:00My plan was to finish top 3-4 in the Master's ...My plan was to finish top 3-4 in the Master's this season then race Open next year.
We- SKCross will have a number of guys ready to go Open next year and I would love to see more teams in the Open as well.
This is an honest unbiased way to actually show who needs to make the jump.

Jeff- thanks to you and Andrew and anyone else for compiling the data and spitting it out.JBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05665493045641475910noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5718333374262620292.post-3107965236192449142009-10-27T21:57:14.082-05:002009-10-27T21:57:14.082-05:00old, my ars!!!! yeah, u r right. i should...but ...old, my ars!!!! yeah, u r right. i should...but masters for now. its amazing what a little peer pressure can do to me though.SlimenUndGrossen Racinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10983094761702981908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5718333374262620292.post-58507691411087220082009-10-27T21:52:53.813-05:002009-10-27T21:52:53.813-05:00Sorry Josh, the numbers don't lie.
